SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide. We currently do NOT accept international orders.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer $15 standard shipping across Australia and $25 for express postage and FREE shipping for all orders over $300.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery  service. To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping time will vary, depending on your location and the specific products ordered.  Please allow around 10 working days for delivery. Delivery can take longer for remote areas.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

Exposed Signage and Apparel takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with a product please contact us to resolve the problem.

 What are my payment options?

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard.  We also accept payments made via PayPal.

 

Do prices include GST?

Yes - all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars, including GST.
