WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Exposed Signage and Apparel delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from Exposed Australia, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours. If no one is present to accept your delivery but a safe place to leave it is available, it will be left for you and the tracking will show “Delivered with Safe Drop”. If no safe place is available a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post.

Exposed Signage and Apparel currently do NOT accept international orders.

DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE?
Exposed Signage and Apparel charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 or Express Post from $25 However, if your order is over $300 we offer FREE SHIPPING on standard delivery, no matter where your location is in Australia or how many items you decide to purchase.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Exposed Signage and Apparel offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 12 noon. This is purely dependent on stock availability. There may be instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.

All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays. Exposed Signage and Apparel operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.

DELIVERY TIMES

Exposed Signage and Apparel orders are delivered via Australia Post. Delivery times to Metro areas may take 1 -3 business days and Regional areas 4 – 7 business days. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service.
